Any product purchased from us at Bedtime Bliss will be packaged and delivered with the utmost care.

Service is always main priority, and with this in mind we will always aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Where does Bedtime Bliss Ship to?

At the moment, we ship to the UK and US only and use Amazon FBA warehouses to fulfil our orders.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Our rates vary depending on the distance the products must travel to reach you and are determined based on the rates of our carriers (UPS and USPS). Use our Shipping Calculator on the first step of the shopping cart to determine your exact shipping charge. Please select the shipping method you are most comfortable with. Once the order has left our facility, we are not responsible for late or misplaced packages. How long does it take to get my items?

We only ship with premium carriers, such as Fedex, UPS & US Postal Service, to provide you fast, expedited and reliable shipping. We work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. Many of our orders will ship within 1 business day (Mon - Fri) after credit card approval. You will receive your order with standard shipping in 5 business days. Although, many customers receive their orders before the shipping time estimate. We use Amazon FBA warehouses to fulfil our orders.

The following issues may result in delayed shipping:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Payment delay or issue
  • UPS failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
  • Item out of stock or on backorder
  • Orders with multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments.
How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a billing receipt via email which will include your tracking number. You may track your shipments at any time by clicking on the tracking link in your email.

What is your return policy?

We want happy customers!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we do accept returns and exchanges WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt for UNUSED products in saleable condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Here are the 3 steps you must take to return or exchange your product:

    1. If you wish to cancel an order please inform us by email (support@bedtimebliss.org) or by telephoning us on 877-656-0892.
    2. You must provide the following information when cancelling an order: Your Name, Your Order Number, Date or Order, Details of Cancellation.
    3. We will acknowledge your request by email and arrange to refund you by your chosen method of payment. A return confirmation number will then be allocated and must be used in any correspondence regarding that particular returned item. 

NOTE: If you do not receive an email from us acknowledging your cancellation then your order has not been cancelled.

Orders that are cancelled after the order has been dispatched will be subject to delivery and returns collection charges incurred.

Returns of products showing signs of wear, or without original tags and packaging (including nets, if applicable) will not be honored.

NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return or exchange. Bedtime Bliss® is not responsible for items lost in transit during the exchange or return process. Collect shipments will be refused.

Shipping charges related to the original order will NOT be refunded.
