Any product purchased from us at Bedtime Bliss will be packaged and delivered with the utmost care.
Service is always main priority, and with this in mind we will always aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.
At the moment, we ship to the UK and US only and use Amazon FBA warehouses to fulfil our orders.
Our rates vary depending on the distance the products must travel to reach you and are determined based on the rates of our carriers (UPS and USPS). Use our Shipping Calculator on the first step of the shopping cart to determine your exact shipping charge. Please select the shipping method you are most comfortable with. We only ship with premium carriers, such as Fedex, UPS & US Postal Service, to provide you fast, expedited and reliable shipping. We work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. Many of our orders will ship within 1 business day (Mon - Fri) after credit card approval. You will receive your order with standard shipping in 5 business days. Although, many customers receive their orders before the shipping time estimate. We use Amazon FBA warehouses to fulfil our orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a billing receipt via email which will include your tracking number. You may track your shipments at any time by clicking on the tracking link in your email.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we do accept returns and exchanges WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt for UNUSED products in saleable condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.
Orders that are cancelled after the order has been dispatched will be subject to delivery and returns collection charges incurred.
Returns of products showing signs of wear, or without original tags and packaging (including nets, if applicable) will not be honored.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the return or exchange. Bedtime Bliss® is not responsible for items lost in transit during the exchange or return process. Collect shipments will be refused.
Shipping charges related to the original order will NOT be refunded.
